If you don’t get an inquiry within 14 days — you get your money back. No questions asked.
1. What’s guaranteed
If your property doesn’t receive any verified tenant enquiries within 14 days of going live, we’ll refund your full €49 listing fee — no questions asked.
2. How enquiries are counted
An inquiry counts when a logged in, verified user either:
- Copies your phone or email
- Clicks the WhatsApp or Mail button to message you.
If none of these actions happen within 14 days, you’re eligible for a full refund — automatically.
3. How to claim your refund
We usually notice when a listing doesn’t receive any enquiries and we refund you automatically. If we somehow miss it — just email us at hello@letify.mt with your listing ID. We’ll check your stats and refund you within 48 hours. That’s it.
